My name is Ryan Hoffer. I received my Master’s Degree in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago after earning my undergraduate degree from Grand Valley State University. I enjoy working with college and graduate students because I believe developing effective mental wellness habits is an important part of a healthy lifestyle, and it can be challenging to maintain mental health during this demanding, uncertain, and transitional period of life. As a therapist, I acknowledge that therapy does not look the same for every person and emphasize a client-centered, strengths-based approach to develop an individualized plan that will equip you with the tools to sustain your mental wellbeing. Whether you are dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, social pressures, decision-making, or just trying to navigate life in this current state of the world, I’m here to support you and look forward to connecting.
